Pixel Art Commissions

GENERAL

⦁ My terms and conditions and pricing may be updated as deemed necessary. The current TOS and pricing at the time of approval will be followed.
⦁ I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
⦁ I have a day job and I work on commissions on the weekends to supplement my income, so please be patient. Please let me know if you have any deadlines so I can accommodate you in my schedule.

CAPABILITIES

⦁ DO's: OCs, fanart, humans, humanoid, ships, anthro
⦁ DON'Ts: hateful content and NSFW
⦁ feel free to contact me if you’re unsure!

PAYMENTS

⦁ Full payment is paid once the initial sketch is approved.

REVISIONS

⦁ After sketch is approved, only minor revisions are allowed.
⦁ Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
⦁ Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

⦁ Commission completion may take a maximum of 3 months.
⦁ If 0% progress was made in this time period, the client is entitled to a full refund.
⦁ I send progress updates for each stage from initial sketch > initial rendering > final render
⦁ Please feel free to request updates!

USAGE

⦁ I have the right to use any commission work, finished or unfinished, for use in portfolios and to showcase my art unless specified otherwise. Please refer to the commission form’s privacy section for options.
⦁ All commissions are under Personal use unless commercial usage is purchased.
⦁ The commissioner can use and post the artwork as they please with credit. Altering the commission in any major way will require my consent.
⦁ My work cannot be used as NFTs or in AI training.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

⦁ As the artist, I retain the rights to all of my artwork. Commissions under commercial use would allow such purposes, however, I still retain ownership rights to it.
⦁ The commissioner cannot copy/trace/claim/alter my art as their own.

REFUNDS

⦁ Full refunds can be given if I have not started on the commission yet.
⦁ No refunds once I begin working on the commission.
⦁ In the event that I am no longer able to work on the commission, I will give a full refund.

COMMUNICATION

⦁ Progress on the commission will be halted if commission updates for approval have not been replied to.
⦁ By violating my Terms and Services, the commissioner will be blacklisted.
